The sink rolls and the stabilizing rolls are made by spun cast tubes , with precision casted cones or trunion , weld fabricated, machined, balanced, normally with heat and corrosion materials like 316L, and better modified 317L material used in the zinc pot of the continuous galvanizing lines for zinc or aluminum . The roll surface could be smoothly machined , or machined with grooves, holes ,drums.
